Kijah Hanson - Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate Agent

Kijah Hanson

Breckenridge - 117 S. Main Street

About Me

Kijah grew up in a little country town in Western Wisconsin, instantly fell in love with Summit County when visiting in 2002 and moved within weeks. Kijah and her two beautiful boys enjoy playing in Breckenridge’s winter wonderland. They take full advantage of all the recreational activities Summit has to offer, from skiing to camping, trail racing, hockey, you mention it and they do it! Summit County is an amazing place to live. Kijah has been in real estate since 2004; property management for two years and has an extensive background in marketing. Starting in property management gave her a great knowledge as to which areas rent really well and what they can typically gross. Not to mention learning which companies in Summit County take the best care of their clients and properties. Working for Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate has given Kijah the opportunity to help on three different residential development sales teams in Breckenridge. Water House on Main Street, which was an East West Partner development, first phase sold out in April of 2011 and the second phase was launched February of 2014. Before that was Crystal Peak Lodge on Peak 7, which is a Vail Resorts development. Three of the highest end developments in Breckenridge. Slifer has the majority of market share in the mountains and cutting edge technology, keeping us ahead of the market. You can feel confident in knowing Slifer’s Brokers go above and beyond for their clients. Kijah loves to help other families and individuals find their perfect piece of the high country. She works at her clients pace, whether they are looking to buy in 3 months or 3 years. Like they say, “If you’re lucky enough to live in the mountains, you’re lucky enough!” Life is short, let Kijah help you reach your mountain real estate goals.
